A No Risk Limited Edition Art Program for the Golf Professional

Your custom art edition will be a lasting keepsake for your members. Country Club Editions is committed to making your edition a success. We will be investing a significant amount of time and money to ensure this. We ask for no financial investment from you. However we do need your cooperation & prompt responses to complete these 4 easy steps:

Step 1:  Set up your samples and send out your member letters.

  • CCE will send you a framed print of another club we have published for your members to see.
  • CCE will also send you an easel to display the sample, brochures and display signs
  • You must display the sample and brochures in a highly visible location.
  • CCE will prepare the member letter for you. (You will review and have full approval of this letter.)
  • CCE will send you your member letters and brochures sealed in envelopes and ready to mail.
  • Affix your member’s address labels and postage for mailing.
  • When 24 or more members respond, we begin working on your edition.
  • Inform your staff about the program. Staff participation is important                                                                         If at least 24 members don’t respond to the member letter, we reimburse you for your postage.

Step 2:  Send us informational photographs of your selected scene.

  • Send us photographs of your selected scene.                                                                                                                                    These do not have to be professional photographs and we will show you how to shoot them.

Step 3:  Preliminary sketch and original painting approval.

  • CCE’s artists will produce a preliminary sketch of the scene you have selected.
  • Make any desired corrections to the sketch and send it back to us as soon as possible.
  • CCE’s artists will apply these corrections to produce your original painting.
  • CCE will send you the original painting for final approval

Step 4: Set up your edition in the pro shop

  • CCE will send you 5 matted and framed prints of your club’s signature scene on consignment.
  • CCE will send you a merchandising kit with frame and mat samples and custom order forms.
  • Display the 5 Consignment Prints in Your Pro Shop and Fax us your Orders
